Good News Jail & Prison Ministry - Woody Fisher- 804-652-1264 / 804-218-9253
Chaplain at the Henrico County Jail. Good News provides Chaplains to jails and prisons at no cost to the facilities in which we serve. We are supported by churches and individuals in the communities in which we serve, and we do not accept any funds from the local, state or federal governments so that we can have a greater degree of liberty in sharing the Gospel in an unhindered manner. I concentrate my efforts primarily to address the needs of those who are in the facilities, but I am also involved in assisting them in making the transition back into the community when they are released.
